ABAC official announcements
เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ Covid-19 ที่เกิดขึ้นนั้น ทำให้นักศึกษาจำเป็นต้องหยุด มีการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์ ทางมหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญจึงมีการคืนเงินค่าบำรุงให้แก่นักศึกษา ดังรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้ (ประกาศ ณ วันที่ 22 เมษายน 2563)
Pre-registration 2/2017 1. No more ending digits for MSME. All students in the same batch pre-register at the same time. 2. Pre-registration period is shortened to just 3 days (from 10 days before we have AU SPARK).
เทศกาลกินเจมาถึงแล้วววว ทุกคนคงรู้ดีว่า การกินเจคือการละเว้นการบริโภคเนื้อและส่วนที่มาจากสัตว์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเพื่อละเว้นการก่อกรรม สร้างจิตเมตตา หรือ เพื่อสุขภาพ แต่ในช่วงหลังๆมา ปันหาที่พบก็คือ เรามักจะได้ยินคนพูดกันบ่อยๆว่า “กินเจหรอ ไม่เอาดีกว่า กินเจแล้วอ้วน” “อาหารเจมีแต่แป้งกับไขมัน ไม่กินเจดีกว่า” วันนี้เรามีเทคนิคดีๆในการกินเจให้ไม่อ้วน ดีต่อสุขภาพมาฝากเพื่อนๆกันค่ะ ไปดูกันเลยยยย 1.เลี่ยงของทอดทุกชนิด ประเด็นนี้สำคัญมาก เป็นตัวการของความอ้วนเลยก้ว่าได้ มีอาหารเจหลายอย่างมากที่เป็นของทอด มีน้ำมันเยอะๆเป็นส่วนประกอบ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นปอเปี๊ยะเจ ตือคาโคเจ(เผือดทอด ไช้เท้าทอด เต้าหู้ทอด) แต่ละอย่างอร่อยๆทั้งนั้นเลย แค่นึกก็น้ำลายไหล แต่เราครวเลี่ยงอาหารพวกนี้นะคะ ไม่กินเลยยิ่งดี เพราะอาหารพวกนี้แคลอรี่สูงปรี๊ดเลยค่ะ ทั้งยังเป็นปัจจัยเสี่ยงในการเกิดโรคหัวใจ และความดัน ดังนั้นต้องห้ามใจไว้นะคะ ในเมื่อเราอยากจะได้หุ่นดีในช่วงเทศกาลกินเจเราต้องอดทนค่ะ 2.ลดแป้งเพิ่มโปรตีน เลี่ยงเนื้อสังเคราะห์ อีกหนึ่งปัญหาจากการกินเจเลยก็คือ กินแป้งเยอะ แต่ขาดโปรตีน ทำให้เรารู้สึกหิวบ่อย ไม่ค่อยมีแรง ที่เป็นเช่นนี้เพราะอาหารจำพวกแป้งนั้นย่อยง่ายค่ะ จึงทำให้ไม่อยู่ท้องหิวบ่อย แนะนำให้ ลดปริมานแป้งโดยการทานข้าวแต่พอดี และเลี่ยงเนื้อสัตว์ที่สังเคราะ์ขึ้นมา(เนื้อสัตว์ปลอม) เพราะส่วนใหญ่ทำมาจากแป้ง ใส่สารกันบูด และสารต่างๆอีกมากมายที่ไม่ดีต่อสุขภาพค่ะ ให้หันมาเน้นโปรตีนจากเห็ด งา และถั่วเช่น […]
มาแล้ววววว!! ปฏิทินวันหยุดของเทอม 2/2017 เรียนเอแบค การที่จะมีวันหยุดเยอะๆมันช่างหายากเย็นเหลือเกิน ใครมีแพลนทำอะไรไปไหน งานนี้ต้องรีบกอบโกย เล็งวันหยุด เตรียมจัดตารางเทอมหน้า ให้ได้หยุดเยอะๆ จากนั้นจองตั๋วเครื่องบินล่วงหน้า เตรียมบินวนไป เที่ยวชิคๆยาวๆไปเลย

มาแล้วครับกับรายชื่อของนักศึกษาที่ได้รับ ทุนเรียนดี (Academic Merit Scholarship) อย่าลืมดูชื่อตัวเองนะครับ ทุนเรียนดี สำหรับนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ที่มหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ จะให้แก่นักศึกษาที่มีผลการเรียนเฉลี่ยรวม (GPA) 3.85 ขึ้นไป โดยนักศึกษาที่ได้รับทุนจะต้องมีหน่วยกิตสะสม 50 หน่วยกิตขึ้นไป ซี่งผู้ที่จะได้รับทุนจะได้รับการยกเว้นค่าเล่าเรียนในส่วนของหน่วตกิต 100 % ตลอดภาคการศึกษานั้น เป็นทุนที่ให้เปล่าโดยไม่มีข้อผูกมัด โดยนักศึกษาจะต้องลงทะเบียนเรียน 5 วิชา หรือ 15 หน่วยกิตต่อภาคการเรียน กดดูรายชื่อ กดที่รูปภาพได้เลยครับ http://its-3.au.edu/home_content/Files/student/AcademicMeritSchola1_2016.pdf
