I'd like to sale suksabye apartment contact for the room no.3313 on the 3rd floor, 3rd building. The room includes 6feet bed , wooden big wardrobe,  wooden table, chair, air-conditioner, bathroom. The contact has about 4months remaining and free for 1 month.
Means that if u move in, the contact will be finished in November but in december you can stay for free no need to pay the rental and on January  if you still wanna stay u can continue the contact that's all.

I do apologize, I wrote the wrong price , I'd like to sell it only 5,000 baht which is 1,000 baht save and u also can stay for another 1 month free <this promotion is included in the contact> Thanks ^^
