ตอนสอบอาจารย์ถามว่า
ใ้ห้บอก 4 sources of effective listening in orgranization such as listening to customer...explain,listen to employee ...explain
-  understaning stage มีกี่ stage อะไรบ้างอธิบาย
-  distance and persnal space ว่ามีกี่อย่าง อธิบายด้วย
-  บอก 7 types of interviews จาก 10 types
 เช่น face-to-face
group interview....part นี้ 100นะคะ

อันนี้เป็นตัวอย่างที่เรียนเทอมที่แล้วนะคะ เทอมนี้ไม่แน่ใจเพราะรู้ว่าอาจารยืไม่บอกอะไรนอกจากบอกว่าออก 3บท
