There has a lot of cute (Thai) cat.

If u cant come tmr,, u can come on Sat 5th next month ,, 10 am till 8 pm at JJ,, near the Kam pang petch Door no.2

I suggest u to ask Thai friends,, i think some of your friends certainly know that there are a lot of thai cat no has home,, They certainly can find a cat for you

(Near my home, there are a lot of cat homeless, but i cant help you. It's not convenient for me, Sorry)

umm   and another way is,,, you go to  the temple ,, some of the temple near Huamak Campus.
I think you should go with thai friend and ask them  to ask the monk that u want to keep the cat.

The monk will give it to u for free^^
