Task: - Contact and coordinate with candidate
- Interview and acquire information from candidate
- Plan and make interview schedule for candidate
- Coordinate with RA to find the best opportunity for candidate
● Recruiting Advisor (RA) : (4 people)
Act as a consultant to corporate organizations that are focused on growth.
Task: - Contact and coordinate to keep good relationship with clients
- Find HR Solutions for client
- Plan and make interview schedule for candidate and client meeting
- Coordinate with RA to find the best solution for client
● Researcher (RS) : (1 person)
Mainly work with data and support CA&RA with information management.
Task: - Data management
- Search talent from data base
- Contact potential candidate and set up interview
- Support the whole process
Salary (RA&CA): THB 30,000 – 50,000 + Commission
Salary (RS): THB 30,000 – 50,000Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree graduated or higher
- Age 25 – 35
- Good communication skills
- Able to communicate in English “or” Japanese
