Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the consultant in identifying, contacting and qualifying relevant candidates for search assignments
• Searching and analyzing resumes/applicants to match the client's requirement by using online and offline recruitment channel including cold-call/head-hunting method
• Meeting and appointment arranging between candidate and client
• Candidate reference checking, health & medical and criminal checking
• Filing, keying-in resumes and other related document.
• Performance reporting and record tracking for permanent and temporary recruitment activities
• Other duties as assigned by Executive Director
