Selling the contract for renting the room in Avenue Spring.
Very new room. Room has a fridge, TV, sink on the balcony, hot water, sofa, king-size bad. Other facilities are swimming pool, gym ( will be ready soon), laundary machines, water machine. Also have free wi-fi.
The van service (10 baht to go to AU). Very close to the main road, so it will be easy to travel by the van to Bangkok or Pattaya.
The electricity is 6 baht per unit. Water is 18 baht. The room rent rate is 6.500 baht (untill the contract will end). They promise to increase the pay after all facilities will be ready, for the new rentals.
The contract ends at 10th August this year. You can move in at Feburary. The deposit is 6.500 x 2 = 13.000 baht. I'm selling the contract for 12.000 baht.
