Urgently looking for one or two roommates @ Pruklada Village.
2 storey house 3 bedrooms (2 small rooms, 1 big room) , 2 bathrooms, big lawn around the house.
Rent 12,000฿/month
Right now there are my friend and I in this house. If you want to be in this house with you friend you can use the big bedroom and the rent will be 3,000/each person but if you come alone it is ok too. The rent will be 4,000/each person (not including utility (government meter regular rate)
There is 1 large dog but lives outdoors in a cage. Do not worry about cleanliness.
