  มีคำถามเกี่ยวกับ WACC อะคะ รบกวนผู้รู้ช่วยตอบด้วยคะ

  A non profit organization, such as a museum, usually carries no debt. Also, since there are no shareholders, there is no equity outstanding. Explain how you would determine the appropriate WCC for a non profit organization given that it has no debt.

    ข้อนี้ผมว่าโจทย์แปลกๆครับ เพราะ

    1) there is no equity outstanding

    2) usually carries no debt / given that it has no debt

    ไม่มีทั้ง equity และ debt แบบนี้ WACC ออกมาก็ต้องเป็น 0% ครับ อีกอย่างพวกองค์กรไม่หวังผลกำไรพวกนี้มักจะดำเนินงานด้วยเงินบริจาคอย่างเดียวครับ ถึงจะบอกว่าการจะมีการซื้อขายสินค้าและเกิด Account Payables แต่หนี้ระยะสั้นจะไม่ไปคำนวณใน WACC อยู่ดี
