Please help, my schedule of 2-2011 has been entire deleted!!

I used ielts to compensate for English1 to english3, and this semester I needed to take English 4, however, during the pre-registration period, it’s not required for me to choose, therefore, I haven’t choose it yet because there are 4 classes of English per week and it would stuck my schedule, so I have planned to add it later.

Later on, I paid the tuition fee for 39,000 baht, and then one week later, the people in Abac office called me and told me to add english4 or else they wouldn’t print out the bill for me, and they said that “or I can add again later”, I agreed with that because it was too sudden and I haven’t check the English courses that are leftover yet (you know, there are few courses that have left at that time). However, they didn’t explain to me that they’re also going to delete all of the subjects that I have chosen, so right now I don’t have name in every teachers’ list.

I’m demanding to know that where is my 39,000 baht? If I have to wait till next week to add, then all of my classes (that I have chosen before) may be all full because the juniors and seniors have a chance to choose first. If the pre-register program had locked my account since the beginning, it wouldn’t lead to the consequences like this.
I want to confirm that I was honestly don’t know that I should choose english4 until the office staff called me, but they didn’t return that money, they just took it and deleted all of my schedule too, if anyone know what to do, please tell me.

Ps. When I went to talk with the registrar office (just today), they just told me to print out the evidence that I already paid to the bank and show to my teachers. However, right now my schedule is deleted, so I’m confused that do I still have a right to attend classes anyways?  This is so complicated and the office staff didn’t try to make it clear at all.
