i dont really have any bad experience with the regis office... but it seems to me that sometime they dont really care about the students request that much... heard lots of complaints from my friends.
oh and the line to go into the regis office is sooooo long... they should hire more staff and organize the place better.

Especially, the staffs are not really friend to international student.

They should have given a training course. If they are not really unhelpful or rude to student....

They should get fire from this jobs...
