Abac staff's rude behavior!!!

I am wondering if there's any way to complain about the staff's rude behavior! Should i directly write a letter to the management to handle this 'happen so often problem'? Or there's already someone who can be responsible for this unacceptable situation. These people are destroying the university's reputation. We don't pay extremely expensive fee for this sort of service and manner. I have had enough. Please suggest me what to do.

they dont know what they doing

I've been so sick about it. They think that they are very powerful, control all students' destiny. They always talk rude even I talk politely. I don't know why?. I ask them for some infomation but they think I have some problems and try to avoid meeting me and also when they meet me, they act rude, forcing me to leave the room. The only think that can make them to be nice is MONEY !!. Especially, the big guy who serves printing at the IT Building 6th floor. Very rude! but when he asks to put down the ID CARD, he says nicely hahaha

I always talk to them politely. I don't really like the staff! They are so lazy, all they do is sit there in an air conditioned room, talk with their coworkers.

A month ago, I requested just a letter about my status. They needed like a month to finish it correctly!
An I went to the Uni like 4 times just for a one-paragraph letter. Damn!
First of all they wrote my name wrong and they told me to get it after 2days. Guess what they did, they added to the same old letter  "We also specify that the students correct name T.....N....."
I think u guys recognize the second mistake they did! They forgot the word "is" here "We also specify that the students correct name (is) T.....N....."
So I told them to write a new letter for me....Now I had to wait 1week for it bcose the head worker wasn't in the office...
Damn, they did a spelling and a grammar mistake again. And do u guys know what? They were so annoyed of me because I needed a formal letter!

You should tell the management
or at the dormitory 1st floor, there are a box for complain about university(but i'm not sure they read and concern it much or not)

May be you should see brother Martin at swimming pool and talk to him ha ha..

Just calm down and try to think differently.
They've teach me 3 important things.

1. Money rules!

2. If you want anything, do it at Hua-Mak because staff over there are so nice comparing to Bang-Na.

3. It is because they have rude behavior so that they can be nothing, but ABAC staff. So look back at us. Do you guys want to end up being staff? If not, then don't act like them
